At RV, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across India.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines across India:

  • Ahmedabad / Gujarat: 1–3 business days

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum cart values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation message/email

  • A tracking link to monitor your order in real time

You can track your order directly through the RV tracking page or the courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes.

  • RV reserves the right to limit or refuse COD orders in certain cases.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect address or phone number

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural events or public restrictions

  • High order volume during sales/festivals

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
RV will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or contact information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery/update with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Issue details

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
