Refund policy

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos if required

If the order was placed through the RV website, customers can also submit a return request directly through the website.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location/pin code.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the provided address.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after approval of the refund request.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For COD orders:

  • Customers may be asked to share bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds may be declined if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The item is returned in damaged condition
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
