Refund policy
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos if required
If the order was placed through the RV website, customers can also submit a return request directly through the website.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup availability depends on your location/pin code.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the provided address.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after approval of the refund request.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For COD orders:
- Customers may be asked to share bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds may be declined if:
- The return request is made after 7 days
- The product shows signs of use
- The item is returned in damaged condition
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
